Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-5 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. 2. Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value. A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 199/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 1199/-. 3. In case of partial cancellation by customer if total cart value goes below the free shipping amount , PASTEL.COM reserves the right to recover the shipping charges of Rs. 199/-. 4. The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.

Return Policy

You can return the item within 40 days from the day of the delivery . Follow the same process as you do for other sites like go to the order and cancel item(if there are multiple item you can cancel the item one by one or in bulk).

Tracking your Order

You can check the status of your order via the Tracking link shared with you via SMS, or by clicking on “Track Your Order” listed on the top right corner of the homepage. Upon clicking, you will be asked to provide your Order No. or your Mobile No. You can then view your order history and track your current order/s in real time. Please Note: The tracking link is activated post 24 hours of the order being shipped.
